The aftermath of the storm is so devastating.People crowding the evacuation center in all municipalities all over the metro. Volunteers repacking goods,24 hrs.,truckloads of goods are continuously given to victims. Some families are still in their rooftops,just waiting for choppers to distribute goods. And the worst is there is still another storm coming tonight.storm PEPENG..hoping it won’t be as strong as the last one. we are still unprepared for it.
