How do I donate to a project?
It’s simple! Read through the projects posted by our project leaders and choose the one you want to contribute to. Press the “donate” button in the top right of the screen and that’s it!
Disclaimer:
We do our best to ensure that all projects requesting funding are legitimate and from reliable persons. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee successful outcomes on all projects. To minimize the chance of fraud, we limit all donation requests to $100 and make sure to thoroughly vet all applicants and check their location before a proposal is posted on our site. In order for a prior recipient to apply for additional funding, they must first show proof of their project’s success.
To ensure the safety of your credit card information, all donations are processed through PayPal. Neither NanoAid, nor the recipients of the donations have access to credit card information.
We DO NOT encourage people to be heros and try to rescue others from dangerous situations. Projects focus on relief AFTER people have been rescued.
